By accessing or using Yigouverse ("we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Yigouverse is an AI-assisted creative platform for worldbuilding, character design, organization modeling, story writing, and timeline planning. AI outputs are for creative assistance only and do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for activity under your account. Keep credentials secure. Account sharing or unauthorized access is prohibited.

4. User Content and Rights

You retain ownership of content you upload or create. To provide the Service, you grant us a necessary, non-exclusive, revocable license to host, process, display, and transmit your content.

You represent that you have lawful rights to your submitted content and will not upload content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.

5. Prohibited Conduct

  • Illegal, infringing, harassing, hateful, or fraudulent activity
  • Malware distribution, abusive scraping, or security attacks
  • Bypassing access controls, abusing APIs, or resource attacks
  • Unauthorized collection of others' data

6. Fees, Subscriptions, and Refunds

If you purchase paid features, pricing, billing cycle, and auto-renewal terms are shown at checkout. Unless required by law or explicitly stated by us, fees are generally non-refundable once paid.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service itself (including software, UI, brand assets, and documentation) is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute without written permission.

8. Changes and Termination

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service. We may restrict or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or absolute accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

10. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
