Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to Yigouverse paid subscriptions and one-time purchases. If payment platform rules or local law require stricter standards, those standards apply.

2. Refund Rules

  • Completely unused purchase: eligible for a 100% refund.
  • Used but below 50%: charged as 50% usage, meaning a 50% refund.
  • Usage at or above 50%: not refundable.

3. Usage Ratio Determination

Usage ratio is determined by measurable resources within the billing period (such as request counts, quota consumption, or feature usage records). System logs prevail.

4. Request Window and Refund Path

Please submit a refund request within 7 days of payment. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, and settlement time depends on the payment provider and issuing bank.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Usage ratio has reached or exceeded 50%.
  • Refund request submitted outside the allowed window.
  • AI compute resources (Tokens) provisioned at the start of a billing cycle are instantly allocated resources and are non-refundable, non-cash-convertible, and non-rollover.
  • One-time purchased AI Credits (top-up packs) are non-refundable and do not expire by default.
  • Abuse, fraud, or violations of the Terms of Service.

6. Policy Updates

We may update this policy based on product and legal requirements. Updates take effect on this page. Continued use means you understand and accept the revised policy.
